Refund & Cancellation
Our refund and cancellation policy for internship programs and digital services.
1. Internship Program Refunds
Refund requests for internship programs must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment. After this period, no refunds will be issued. If a program is cancelled by Trakshard, a full refund will be provided.
2. Digital Services
For digital service projects (web development, design, etc.), refunds depend on the stage of project completion. Refunds are not available once the project has been delivered and approved by the client.
3. Cancellation Process
To initiate a cancellation or refund, contact us at trakshard@gmail.com with your order details. We will process your request within 5–7 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Registration fees, processing fees, and any completed milestones of a project are non-refundable. Certificates once issued cannot be revoked or refunded.
